All copyrights of the AVbeam audio comparison tool are exclusively owned by AVbeam software. Special exceptions apply to third-party software used by AVbeam.

AVbeam comes with a 30-day trial period. After the trial period, if you want to continue to use AVbeam, you must purchase the software.

A single copy of AVbeam software can only be used by a single user. A user can install his/her AVbeam software on multiple machines. But a user can't share his/her AVbeam software with others. A special exception applies to FFmpeg. You are permitted to bundle the FFmpeg library that is included in AVbeam.

You are not allowed to copy, rent, sell, modify, or reverse engineer AVbeam software. Any such unauthorized use may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. A special exception applies to FFmpeg. You are permitted to modify or reverse engineer the FFmpeg library that is included in AVbeam.

AVbeam software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. AVbeam will not be liable for data loss, hardware damage, or any other loss while using the software.

Installing AVbeam on your computer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must remove AVbeam software from your computer if you don't agree with these terms and conditions.
